Return Deadline: You must submit the application through the online return portal within 30 days after receiving the goods. Product Condition Requirements: The goods must be in their original condition – un-worn, un-washed, with the original tag, and in the original packaging.
Refund Method: Fashion Nova’s regular refund does not return the original payment method, but is issued in the form of Fashion Nova Electronic Gift Card (Store Credit). The gift card never expires. Exceptional Cases: If the goods have defects, are damaged, or are sent incorrectly upon receipt, you must contact customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods. In such cases, the refund can be made to the original payment method. Ultimate Promotion and Non-Returnable Products: The following products are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged: clearance sale items ending with $.48 or $.98. Onesies, swimwear, underwear/panties. Beauty products, cosmetics, and various accessories (such as jewelry, bags, hats, sunglasses, etc.). Party wear (such as Halloween costumes, etc.).
Exchange Policy: Fashion Nova does not offer direct exchange services. If you need to change the size or color, you must first return the original product through the return portal to obtain Store Credit, and then use the gift card to place a new order on the official website for the style you need. Return Procedure: Log in to the Fashion Nova website or App’s (return portal), enter your order number and email address. Select the products to be returned: Check the products you want to return and complete the operation as per the instructions. Obtain the label: For domestic customers, you can purchase the return shipping label (usually $5.99) in the portal. Using the official label can significantly accelerate the refund review process. International customers need to find a logistics carrier to send the package back themselves. Package Packing and Sending: Put the returned goods and the return invoice/carton number together in the package (please separate multiple orders for separate shipment to avoid delays in processing). Processing Time: Packages using the official prepaid label are usually processed within 24 hours after warehouse receipt; regular self-shipment packages are generally processed within 5-7 working days after delivery to the warehouse.
?? Tip: If you use a pay-after-purchase service (such as Afterpay, Klarna), you will still receive a Fashion Nova gift card after returning the goods. During this period, you still need to make payments on time to the installment platform as per your original plan. The gift card cannot be directly used to offset the old installment bill.
